By accessing or using the GT Lane platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GT Lane provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for sim racing facility operators to manage bookings, memberships, payments, and analytics. The Service is accessed via the internet and may include web applications, APIs, and related tools.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Billing
GT Lane offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
5. Customer Data
You retain all rights to your data. GT Lane processes your data as a service provider. We do not sell, share, or use your customer data for our own purposes. You may export your data at any time through the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) transmit harmful or malicious code; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GT Lane and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without written consent.
8. Service Availability
GT Lane aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for emergencies or security issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GT Lane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
