How much does GTLane cost for a sim racing lounge?
GTLane starts at $0. If you do not have customers that month you do not pay. After 1 month we calculate your rig rental usage and issue invoice based on that.
Can I see GTLane before committing?
Yes. Explore the full live demo at demo.gtlane.com, sign up as a racer, and test the whole platform. When you're ready to launch with your own branded gtlane.com subdomain, contact us and we'll handle the setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual billing. Larger venues can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Contact us and we will set up an annual arrangement for your usage-based pricing.
What if I have no bookings in a month?
Then you don't pay anything that month. There's no contract, no minimum commitment, and no monthly base fee. Your bill scales with the bookings you actually take. If your sims sit idle, GTLane sits idle too.
Is there a limit on rigs?
No. You pay per rig, so adding a rig simply adds its hourly rate to your monthly fee.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fees. Self-guided onboarding gets you live in 24-48 hours. Multi-site operators and venues with custom requirements can contact us for onboarding help and a custom quote.
