Booking Packages

Booking packages are the products customers pick when they book a rig: a named session of a fixed length at a set price. Add-ons are optional extras (coaching, telemetry, a podium photo) that can be bundled into a package or offered à la carte during checkout.

Open Booking Packages in the admin sidebar (under Setup, package icon). The screen has two stacked sections — Packages on top, Add-ons below.

Both lists are drag-to-reorder: grab the handle on the left of any row and drop it where you want. The order you set here is the order customers see at checkout. Click any row to open its edit panel; the inactive rows are dimmed.

Packages

Each package row shows its name, duration, price (off-peak / peak when they differ), how many rigs it is limited to, how many add-ons it bundles, and an Active toggle you can flip directly from the list.

Package fields

Field	Notes
Name	Multilingual. Shown to customers. English is required; other languages are optional.
Description	Multilingual. Short blurb shown at checkout.
Duration (minutes)	Must be a positive multiple of 10 (it snaps to the nearest 10 on blur) to line up with the 10-minute slot grid. The panel shows a human-readable hint like = 1h 30min.
Off-peak price	Price charged during off-peak hours. Zero or greater.
Peak price	Price charged during peak hours. Must be at least the off-peak price.
Available on rigs	Pick specific rigs, or leave empty to offer the package on every rig at the site. The picker flags rigs that support motion or VR.
Included add-ons	Add-ons bundled into the package price — customers cannot opt out of these.
Active	Inactive packages are hidden from customers but kept for reference.

Note

Off-peak vs. peak hours are defined elsewhere in your venue’s pricing configuration. The package only sets the two price points.

Add-ons

Add-ons appear in the second section. Each row shows the label, price, which booking flows it is offered in (Booking / Group), its rig scope, a Default toggle (pre-selected at checkout), and an Active toggle. Both toggles work inline from the list.

Add-on fields

Name (label)	Multilingual, English required.
Description	Multilingual.
Pricing	Per session (flat) charges a fixed amount, or Per hour scales the price with the session length.
Price	In your venue currency. When per-hour, the panel labels it “per hour”.
Icon	Optional icon name shown next to the add-on.
Available on rigs	Specific rigs, or empty for all rigs at the site.
Active	Hide or show the add-on.
Selected by default	Pre-ticks the add-on at checkout.
Available for bookings	Offer it in the single-rig booking flow.
Available for group bookings	Offer it in the group booking flow.

Tip

You must pick at least one flow (booking or group booking) before an add-on can be saved.

Creating and deleting

Use Add package or Add add-on at the top of each section to create one — new entries land at the bottom of their list. To remove one, open it and use the Delete button in the panel footer; you will be asked to confirm. When editing an existing add-on, only the fields you change are saved.
