Bookings

The Bookings screen is the full, searchable history of every rig reservation in your venue. Front-desk staff and managers use it to look up a customer’s booking, check what was paid, reschedule a future session, or cancel one.

Open Bookings in the admin sidebar (under Operations, calendar icon).

A filter card sits above the table. Changing any filter resets you to the first page.

Results are paginated; use the controls at the bottom to change page or page size. Click any row to open the detail sheet.

The detail sheet opens from a row and is organized into sections.

  • Header — customer, status badge, a peak/off-peak badge, and the total price.
  • Reservation — start date and time, duration, rig, package, and the created / updated (and, if applicable, cancelled) timestamps.
  • Rig — a summary of the rig the session is on.
  • Pricing — base price, add-on total, any discount, the list of add-ons with prices, and the final total.
  • Payment — the Stripe checkout session (a link that opens it in Stripe) and refund status, when present.

For a future, confirmed booking, the Reservation section shows an Edit schedule action. It lets you pick a new date, start time (in 20-minute steps), duration (20/40/60/90/120 min), and rig, then Save changes. You can only move a booking to a future time.

For a confirmed booking, a Cancel button sits in the sheet footer. It asks for confirmation (showing the customer and the booking time) before cancelling. Cancelling sets the booking’s status to Cancelled; it stays in the list and can still be filtered and inspected.
