Sites
A site is one physical location of your venue. Every rig, package, addon, booking and operating-hours entry belongs to a site, so most operators run a single site while multi-location businesses add one per address. This screen lists your sites and lets you create, edit, reorder and delete them.
Open Sites in the admin sidebar (under Setup, building icon).
The sites list
Section titled “The sites list”The list shows every site with its name, slug and status. Sites you can act on:
- Reorder — drag the handle on the left of any row. The order here is the order sites appear elsewhere (e.g. the site switcher and booking pages).
- Open — click a row (or the chevron) to edit that site.
- New site — the button in the page header starts the create flow.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name | The site’s display name. |
| Slug | The permanent URL identifier, generated from the name on creation. |
| Status | Active sites are bookable; Archived (inactive) sites are dimmed and hidden from customers. |
Creating a site
Section titled “Creating a site”Click New site and fill in the form. Contact fields are prefilled from your organization so a single-site operator can save immediately. The form has three sections:
Identity
Section titled “Identity”| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | Required. The display name (e.g. Main). The slug is generated from it automatically. |
| Description | Optional free text. |
| Active | Toggle off to create the site archived (hidden from customers). |
Contact
Section titled “Contact”Public contact info specific to this location — address, phone, email and timezone. These fall back to your organization’s defaults when left blank. The timezone (e.g. Europe/Vilnius) controls how this site’s booking slots are interpreted.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Sets the peak window customers see on the booking page:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Peak weekday start hour | Hour (0–24) the weekday peak window opens. |
| Peak weekday end hour | Hour (0–24) the weekday peak window closes. |
| Weekends count as all-day peak | When on, the whole weekend is treated as peak. |
Save to create the site; you’re taken straight to its edit page.
Editing a site
Section titled “Editing a site”The edit page repeats the Identity, Contact and Pricing sections (the slug is shown read-only here, since it’s permanent) and adds two more sections plus a danger zone. A Save button in the header is enabled only when you have unsaved changes, and an unsaved changes hint appears while edits are pending.
Operating hours
Section titled “Operating hours”Set the daily open and close hours customers can book against, per day of the week. For each day you can:
- Mark it closed (an off day).
- Pick open and close hours from the dropdowns; the row shows the resulting length in hours.
Shortcut buttons let you apply Monday’s hours to all weekdays, apply Saturday’s hours to the weekend, or reset to defaults. Hours are saved per site.
Calendar subscription
Section titled “Calendar subscription”Each site exposes an iCal feed you can subscribe to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook to see its bookings.
- Copy link — copies the subscription URL to your clipboard.
- Regenerate link — issues a new URL and invalidates the old one. Existing subscribers stop receiving updates and need the new link.
Danger zone — deleting a site
Section titled “Danger zone — deleting a site”Delete site permanently removes the site and every rig, package, addon and operating-hours entry under it. This is only possible when the site has no bookings; otherwise the button is disabled and a notice tells you how many bookings are blocking it. If you have history to keep, archive the site (toggle Active off) instead of deleting it. Deletion asks for confirmation and cannot be undone.
