TV Dashboard

The TV Dashboard is a full-screen display built for a wall-mounted screen or TV in your venue. It shows, at a glance and in real time, which rigs are free or running, who is arriving soon, where walk-ins can be slotted in, and your package pricing. It runs unattended and refreshes itself, so once it’s up on a screen there’s nothing for staff to do.

The TV screen is not in the admin sidebar. From anywhere in the admin area press the / leader key followed by t to open it (route /admin/tv); it’s also linked from your account menu. Clicking the venue logo on the screen takes you back to the admin home.

The screen reads all of today’s bookings for the venue and auto-refreshes every 30 seconds; the clock ticks every second.

  • Logo and venue name — links back to /admin.
  • Check-in stats — how many drivers checked in today and the on-time percentage. The bar briefly highlights when a new check-in happens elsewhere.
  • Clock and date — large live time plus the full date, in your venue’s timezone and time format.

The left side is a grid of rig cards (up to six). Each card shows the rig photo, name, a schedule strip of hour blocks (booked vs. free, with the current hour highlighted), and a status badge:

StatusColourShown when

OccupiedredA session is in progress — shows the driver (nickname, number, avatar) and a live countdown of minutes remaining.
Next upamberA booking starts within 15 minutes — shows who’s starting and in how long.

Cards also show the next booking time, or note that the rig is open for the rest of the day.

  • Arriving soon — drivers due in the next 60 minutes, each with a QR code the driver scans to check in (it opens their check-in page). If more than three are due, the list rotates through them.
  • Walk-in availability — open slots over roughly the next three hours, each tagged peak or off-peak, so staff can quote a free rig on the spot.
  • Pricing — your booking packages with their off-peak–peak price range.

When there are no bookings for the day, a banner reads that the venue is open and ready for walk-ins.
