Tracks
The Tracks screen is your venue’s catalog of in-sim tracks. The catalog is populated from the simulators your rigs run, so you don’t add or rename tracks here — instead you browse the list and give each track a custom photo for use on session covers and listings.
Open Tracks in the admin sidebar (under Setup, map icon).
The track list
Section titled “The track list”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Thumb | The track’s photo. Click it to upload, replace, or remove the image. |
| Name | The track name as reported by the simulator. |
| Simulator | Which sim the track belongs to (e.g. the title that supplied it), or — if unknown. |
The header shows the total track count.
Searching
Section titled “Searching”Use the search box above the table to filter by name. Filtering happens as you type (with a short delay) and resets to the first page of results. Click the X in the box to clear it.
Paging
Section titled “Paging”The catalog can be large, so results are paginated. Use the controls below the table to move between pages and change how many tracks are shown per page.
Track photos
Section titled “Track photos”Tracks ship with a default thumbnail from the simulator, but you can set your own image — useful for branded covers and a consistent look across your venue’s listings.
Click a track’s thumbnail to open the photo dialog. From there you can:
- Upload — drag an image onto the drop zone or click to browse. Drop a new image to replace the current one.
- Remove — delete a custom photo you uploaded. The track falls back to its default simulator thumbnail (or a placeholder if none exists).
The dialog enforces a maximum file size and accepts standard image formats.
