Memberships
Memberships let customers pay for a tier that grants ongoing perks — a booking discount, free sessions each month, guest passes and more. This screen has two stacked sections: Plans (the products you offer) on top, and Members (the customers subscribed to them) below.
Open Memberships in the admin sidebar (under Loyalty, badge-check icon).
The plans table lists every membership tier with its tier badge, name and description, price, discount percent, and free sessions per month. Inactive plans carry an inactive badge. Click a row to edit it, or use Add plan to create one.
Plan fields

| Features | Multilingual perk bullets. Enter a comma-separated list per language; it is split into individual bullets on save. |

| Discount % | Percentage off bookings for members on this plan (0–100). |

| Guest passes | Number of guest passes granted. |
| Unlimited cancellations | When on, members get unlimited free cancellations. Turn it off to set a fixed free cancellations per month number instead. |
| Exclusive events | Grants access to members-only events. |
| Advanced telemetry | Unlocks advanced telemetry for members. |
| Active | Inactive plans are hidden from customers but kept for reference. |
To remove a plan, open it and use Delete in the panel footer (you will confirm first). When editing, only changed fields are saved.
Members
Section titled “Members”The members table lists each customer’s active or cancelled membership: the user, the plan and its tier, the start date, the end (renewal) date, and the status. Cancelled rows also show when they were cancelled.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Filter members by customer, plan, and status (active / cancelled). A Clear button appears when any filter is set.
Member actions
Section titled “Member actions”Each active membership row has two actions:
- Extend (calendar icon) — opens a panel showing the current end date and lets you pick a new end date to push the membership out.
- Cancel (X icon) — cancels the membership after a confirmation. Both actions are disabled on already-cancelled memberships.
