Users

The Users screen lists every customer account that belongs to your venue. Front-desk staff use it to look up a driver, check whether their liability waiver is signed, and grant or revoke access; managers use it to promote trusted staff to admins.

Open Users in the admin sidebar (under Operations, users icon).

Each row is one user account. The table is paginated and shows these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
UserAvatar, name and email.
DriverDriver number (e.g. #42) and Twitch handle, if set.
PersonalDate of birth and nationality.
AdminToggle granting admin access to the dashboard.
ActiveToggle enabling or disabling the account.
WaiverA green badge with the signing date, or a red Not signed badge.

Click any row to open the user’s full profile in a side panel (see below). The two toggle columns act in place without opening the panel.

A filter bar sits above the table:

  • Search — matches name or email (debounced as you type).
  • ActiveAll, Active only, or Inactive only.
  • AdminAll, Admins only, or Non-admins only.

When any filter is set, a Clear button appears to reset them all.

You can flip two switches directly from the table:

  • Admin — turns dashboard admin access on or off. You cannot remove your own admin rights (the switch is disabled on your own row while you are an admin), which prevents you from locking yourself out.
  • Active — deactivating an account blocks the customer from using their login while keeping their history.

Each toggle shows a confirmation toast naming the affected user.

Clicking a row opens a read-only details panel with the account’s full profile and recent activity:

FieldNotes
Driver numberThe customer’s chosen race number.
Nationality
Date of birth
Twitch / InstagramLinked social handles.
PhoneContact number.
Waiver signed atDate the liability waiver was signed, or Not signed.
Member sinceAccount creation date.
User IDThe internal identifier.

Below the profile are two recent-activity sections, each showing up to the last 10 entries:

  • Recent bookings — date, rig and price, with a status badge.
  • Recent sessions — car and track for each recorded driving session.

The panel is for reference only — edits to admin and active status are made from the toggles in the table.
