Frequently asked questions

What kind of events does this handle?
Anything that takes more than a single bay or a single member: birthday parties, stag and hen weekends, team-building afternoons, corporate days, simulator-only race leagues, and supplier or sponsor events. The inquiry form captures group size and event type so the right template fires back.
Does it lock the bays automatically when an inquiry comes in?
No — and that's deliberate. Inquiries are prospective; locking real bays on a maybe would block paying members. Once the inquiry is confirmed and a deposit is taken, the bays are reserved as a normal multi-bay booking and shown across the calendar.
Can I send a quote with multiple package options?
Yes. Build templated packages (e.g. 1-hour 6-bay party, 3-hour corporate exclusive) and reply with the relevant options. The client picks one, signs, and pays the deposit through a Stripe-powered link. The selected package is what converts to the booking.
How does deposit and balance billing work?
When you convert an inquiry to a confirmed booking, the system can take any percentage as a Stripe deposit immediately and schedule the balance for collection (e.g. 7 days before the event). All payments hit your connected Stripe account; failed final payments trigger an admin alert.
Can multiple staff manage the inquiry queue?
Yes. Assign inquiries to specific operators, leave internal notes, and track every email reply on the record. Response-time analytics show which operator answers fastest and which inquiries have gone stale.
Is the events module included on every plan?
