A second front desk
that never clocks out.
A self-service kiosk for racing simulators — walk-in drivers check in by QR, pick an open slot, and start their session POS-style. Put a tablet by the door and it keeps taking sessions while your staff run the floor.
No signup required for the demo. Included on the Professional plan and above.
The desk is the
bottleneck.
On a busy night, every walk-in has to wait for a staff member to be free — to find an open slot, take payment, make an account, and sign a waiver. Meanwhile that same staff member is briefing a corporate group or resetting a rig. The queue builds and walk-ins leave.
Pre-booked drivers aren't faster: they still line up at the desk to say they've arrived, so someone can tick them off and point them at a bay.
The GTLane self-service kiosk turns a tablet by the door into a second front desk. Booked drivers scan a QR and go. Walk-ins pick a slot, pay, and start — POS-style — without anyone behind the counter.
What a staffed desk alone can't do
- Check in a pre-booked driver by QR with no one at the counter
- Let a walk-in pick an open slot and pay without waiting in line
- Onboard a first-timer — account and waiver — while staff run the floor
- Keep taking sessions when every staff member is helping a group
- Stay locked to the check-in flow so customers can’t wander into admin

to the rig.
Put a tablet by the door in kiosk mode
Any tablet or touchscreen with a browser. Open the kiosk URL in full-screen kiosk mode and it locks to the walk-in flow — nothing else is reachable.
Drivers check in or book on the spot
Booked ahead? Scan the QR. Walking in? Pick an open slot, choose a package, and pay. First-timers make an account and sign the waiver in the same flow.
The session arms itself
Payment clears, the bay is assigned, and the booking lands on the lounge TV and race control screen. The driver heads to their rig while staff stay focused on the experience.
Everything the kiosk
handles for you.
Locked-down kiosk mode
A full-screen kiosk view built for an unattended tablet or touchscreen by the door. No browser chrome, no admin access — just the walk-in flow, ready for the next driver to tap.
QR driver check-in
Drivers who booked ahead scan the QR from their confirmation email at the kiosk. The booking is matched, they are marked on-site, and the bay flips status — no desk queue.
Walk-in slot picker
No booking? The kiosk shows the next open slots — rig, time, and price — so a walk-in picks an available bay and starts in seconds instead of waiting for a staff member to be free.
POS-style session start
Pick a slot, pick a package, pay on the kiosk, and the session is armed. The same checkout your staff use at the desk, handed to the customer — card, wallet, or voucher.
Waiver and account capture
First-time drivers create an account and sign your waiver right on the kiosk before they race. Their details are on file for next time, and you stay covered.
Hands-off floor on a busy night
When every staff member is helping a group, the kiosk keeps taking walk-ins, checking drivers in, and starting sessions. It is a second front desk that never goes on break.
